Lasting Lines, Inc. ("we," "us," "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect on lastinglines.net, how we use it, and the choices you have. If you have any questions, email lastinglines4u@cs.com or call 214-343-3883.

1. Information we collect

We collect only what you choose to provide:

  • Contact form submissions — your name, email address, optional phone number, the service or class you're interested in, your message, and (if you opt in) your consent to receive text messages.
  • Email correspondence — if you email us directly, we keep that thread for as long as we need it to help you.
  • In-person intake — if you become a client or student, we collect routine intake information (medical history relevant to your treatment, signed consent forms, payment information). Treatment records are kept on paper or securely on our local systems — not on this website.

This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. The only cookies set are those required for the form handler to work, if any.

2. How we use your information

We use the information you provide to:

  • Respond to your inquiry.
  • Schedule, confirm, and follow up on appointments.
  • Send appointment reminders by phone or text, only if you opted in to SMS.
  • Comply with legal and tax requirements (for example, retaining business records).

We do not use your information for advertising. We do not sell your information.

3. SMS / text message communications

If you opt in to text messages on our contact form (or in person), this is what you can expect:

  • Consent. You will only receive SMS from Lasting Lines if you affirmatively opted in. Opt-in is never a condition of receiving any service.
  • Message types. Appointment reminders, confirmations, scheduling changes, and occasional follow-ups related to your service or class.
  • Frequency. Up to 4 messages per month, on average.
  • Cost. Message and data rates may apply per your wireless plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Opt out. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. After opting out, you may still receive a single confirmation that your opt-out was received.
  • Help. Reply HELP to any message, or call 214-343-3883, for assistance.
  • No sharing. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. All categories of personal information — including mobile numbers and SMS opt-in data — are excluded from any third-party sharing.

4. Third parties

We use the following third parties to operate the website. They process only the data necessary to do their job, and only on our behalf:

  • Web3Forms — processes contact-form submissions and forwards them to our email. Web3Forms privacy policy.
  • Google Maps — the embedded map on our contact page is served by Google. Google may set cookies and collect information per its own policy when you interact with the map.

If we add other tools in the future (for example, an online booking system or privacy-friendly analytics), we will update this policy.

5. Data retention

We keep contact-form submissions in our email inbox for as long as we need them to respond to your inquiry and reasonably follow up. Client treatment records are kept for the length of time required by Texas law and our professional standards. You can ask us to delete your data at any time (see Section 7).

6. Children

Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

7. Your rights

You can contact us at lastinglines4u@cs.com to:

  • Ask what information we have about you.
  • Correct information that is wrong.
  • Ask us to delete your information (subject to recordkeeping obligations).
  • Withdraw consent for SMS at any time (also: just reply STOP).

We will respond within a reasonable time and at no charge.

8. Security

We take reasonable precautions to protect the information you provide. The website is served over HTTPS. However, no internet transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page with a new effective date. Material changes will be highlighted at the top of the page.
